• Harass or abuse other users or farmers
• Use automated tools to scrape or misuse our platform

3. Seller Responsibilities

Farmers and traders listing products on AgriMarket are responsible for:

• Accuracy of product descriptions, prices, and availability
• Ensuring products are safe for consumption
• Fulfilling orders in a timely manner
• Complying with all applicable food safety regulations

4. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers agree to provide accurate delivery information and make timely payments. Disputes regarding product quality must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

5. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support at admin@notchai.in for disputes.

6. Limitation of Liability

Notch AI acts as a marketplace facilitator and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of products listed by sellers. We provide the platform; transactions are between buyers and sellers directly.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
